What changes between tiers is scale, in this order: markets, then pages, then keywords, then content and authority volume.

What the first quarter looks like

  1. Diagnose

    Weeks 1–3

    Full technical crawl, Search Console and Analytics audit, log file review where available, and a keyword-to-page map built against your actual competitive set. You get a prioritised issue list scored by commercial impact and implementation cost.

  2. Fix the foundations

    Weeks 4–8

    Indexation control, redirect chain resolution, rendering verification, Core Web Vitals against CrUX field data and structured data. Template-level work, so one fix applies across every page at once.

  3. Build

    Weeks 9–12

    Content production against the mapped opportunities, internal linking restructured around the pages that need to rank, and the first authority work. Baselines are locked so every later month reports against a fixed reference point.

About this package

Is Starter a stripped-back package?
No. Technical SEO, on-page work, content, local SEO and link building are all included in every tier we offer. Starter covers 1 country (uk) at up to 20 tracked keywords. The difference between tiers is volume, not which disciplines are present.
Can we move up or down a tier later?
Yes, at any point with 30 days' notice. Most clients start on a tier they are comfortable with and increase once the work is demonstrably paying. We would rather that than sell a larger tier on month one.
What is the commitment?
Three months initially, because the opening quarter is diagnostic and foundational work that does not produce reportable results on its own. After that it is rolling, with 30 days' notice on either side.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Month one covers the audit and foundational work and is charged at the normal monthly rate. There is no separate onboarding charge.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. Search Console, Analytics, rank tracking and every audit document sit in accounts you own. We are added as users and removed on request, and you keep the full history.
